Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance:

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or availability.

Payment Processing:

All payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store or access your full payment information.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Processing times may be extended during high-volume releases, holiday seasons, or special launches.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Liability:

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside the control of Niftie Genies.

Niftie Genies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking information when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund, return, or replacement.

Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. Niftie Genies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Returns, Exchanges, & Replacements

Returns and replacement requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. Monetary refunds are not offered.

Shipping is non-refundable, only the cost of the product is returned though store credit.

Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain subject to approval by Niftie Genies.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.

Sale items, clearance items, limited-release items, custom items, and products sold at a discount due to disclosed flaws or imperfections are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements.
