This page provides detailed information about ordering, processing, shipping, exchanges, replacements, cancellations, and more. Our goal is to be as clear and transparent as possible so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with Niftie Genies.

Orders may be eligible for cancellation and refund only if processing has not yet begun. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible and are not guaranteed.
Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Address changes may be requested prior to shipment but are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, Niftie Genies is not responsible for address errors provided by the customer.
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.
We aim to respond to customer inquiries within one (1) to three (3) business days. Response times may vary during busy seasons and product launches.
To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please include your order number and a clear description of your question or concern when contacting us. Multiple or duplicate messages may delay response time.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to individuals who engage in abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.
All Niftie Genies items are handmade. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, texture, resin flow, glitter placement, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Product photos are provided as accurately as possible; however, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, screen protectors, and lighting.
Each item is inspected before it ships to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Items sold at a discounted price due to disclosed flaws or imperfections are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Niftie Genies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information or documentation if needed.
For replacement requests related to lost in transit packages, customers must contact Niftie Genies directly by email at magic@niftiegenies.shop. The email must include the order number and details of the issue.
We must be contacted within three (3) days of the carrier’s marked delivery date for a replacement request to be considered.
Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a replacement is approved, Niftie Genies will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Orders are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days unless otherwise stated in the product description. Processing time does not include shipping time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume releases or special launches, processing times may be extended.
Customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted but we do offer exchanges or replacements. Exchange or replacement requests, if applicable, are handled at our discretion. Requests must be submitted within four (4) days of delivery for consideration. Requests received after this timeframe will not be reviewed.
Items sold at a discounted price due to a disclosed defect, flaw, or imperfection (as noted in the product description) are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
Exchanges or replacements, when approved, must be for an item of equal value to the original purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our location. Niftie Genies will cover the shipping cost for the approved replacement item sent to the customer.
Please allow one (1) to three (3) business days for a response to exchange or replacement requests. After we respond, the customer must reply within one (1) to five (5) days to continue the review process. If we do not receive a response after contacting the customer, the request will be closed, and the case will not be reopened.
Once an exchange or replacement request is approved, the customer must provide a valid tracking number within seven (7) days of approval. If a valid tracking number is not provided within this timeframe, the approved request will be canceled, and no additional exchange or replacement requests for that order will be approved.

Once the returned item is received and verified to be acceptable and consistent with the photos previously provided, the approved exchange or replacement item will be shipped. An email confirmation will be sent to the customer once the replacement item has been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the selected carrier and service.
Niftie Genies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with tracking or carrier inquiries when possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Sale items, clearance items, and limited-quantity releases are available while supplies last and may not be restocked.
Discounts cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed, and price adjustments will not be made once an order has been placed.
